• Using the platform lawfully

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Available subscription options, prices, and billing periods are displayed on the Pricing page before purchase.

Subscriptions may automatically renew according to the terms presented during checkout unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Payments may be processed by Paddle or another authorized payment processor.

Where Paddle processes a transaction as merchant of record, payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, and related transaction services are handled by Paddle according to the checkout terms presented to the customer.

Users may cancel future subscription renewals through the subscription management tools made available to them.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals. Cancellation and refund requests are separate: if you would also like a refund, you may request one within 30 days of the original transaction date under our Refund Policy.

Mamas to Be Sanctuary offers a 30-day refund period. You may request a refund within 30 days of the original transaction date, as described in the Refund Policy.

Users must not use Mamas to Be Sanctuary to:

• Harass or threaten another person
• Post discriminatory, hateful, or abusive material
• Post illegal material
• Impersonate another person
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Violate another person's privacy
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform

Unless otherwise stated, Mamas to Be Sanctuary content, branding, written material, graphics, educational programs, affirmations, devotionals, recipes, journal prompts, and related original materials are owned by or licensed to Mamas to Be Sanctuary.

Content may not be reproduced, resold, republished, or commercially distributed without written permission.

Users retain ownership of content they personally submit.

By submitting content into interactive or community areas of the platform, users grant Mamas to Be Sanctuary the limited permission necessary to store, display, process, and transmit that content for purposes of providing the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mamas to Be Sanctuary is not responsible for medical decisions, health outcomes, fertility outcomes, pregnancy outcomes, financial losses, or other damages resulting from reliance on educational content provided through the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, platform security requirements, or community standards.

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
